Server Security Monitoring

I'm working on a company dashboard using Laravel. It'll never be used by more than a few employees so my biggest concerns are usability, security, and future up-keep. I'm using Laravel Forge and I really like it for our needs.

I'm concerned about security. I was hoping someone might have a tool that can keep track of security vulnerabilities. Ideally, I'd love some kind of agent that runs on the server just checking for what it can to see what is a security issue. Additionally, being able to track the packages I'm using in composer directly. I'm open to paying for this service as the data is all healthcare data (so we really need to make sure everything is kept up to date). Any thoughts or ideas?
