    Been a customer for a few years now :) But recently in need of email. How well is shared accounts working for those who use it for email?

    He prolly means adding a domain to a shared hosting account and just using the email functionality using something like Roundcube.

    Using shared account email functionality and just setting up pop & smtp through gmail. I have noticed so far under track devliery legit emails seem to be blocked. I mean home depot might be considered spam sometimes but I'd rather there emails not be blocked for example.

    Your best bet would be to go to RackNerd and get in touch with their live chat support.

    Generally, some panels do offer additional options to filter spam automatically. These might also bounce mail due to false positives. In such cases, you will have to manually configure.
