Having been in the web hosting services business for a while, I've encountered a few challenges along the way specially with tracking expenses/profit. To address these issues, I've embarked on a project to create a solution (for myself, then i thought why not provide it to anyone who is facing the same problems) . I couldn't think of a better place than this community to ask for your input. Any feedback you provide would be greatly appreciated!

PS: It's essential to note that this solution isn't an alternative to WHMCS or similar platforms; instead, it's designed to integrate seamlessly with them. Think of it more as an ERP for web hosting companies, focusing on tracking expenses, organizing work on projects with tasks, and more.

Sorry that i didn't clarify my thread well, the solution won't be an alternative to whmcs and other hosting management tools, it'll be a tool that you can intergrate your management tool into, i edited my thread to clear things up

Have you looked into an AI solution that might help with all the day to day operations?
In most countries, it's a legal requirement to do accounting in an ERP system.
And in Denmark, where I'm from, ERP systems have to be compliant with a lot of rules. Simply to prevent tax and VAT fraud and make it easier for the authorities to check the accounting and reporting.
It will make a lot more sense to make an integration and add-on for an existing and widely used ERP/CRM system that supports local accounting rules and privacy laws. Odoo most likely already has a lot of the functionality that you are looking for.
