Looking for a fairly cheap dedicated server.

I am looking for a dedicated server with the following spec:
100 mbps uplink
At least 4 TB traffic
At least 16 GB of ram.
A fairly new cpu.
unmanged is fine.
1 ip is enough
And no illegal activities will run on the server
This all within a price range of max $50.
I like to hear the possibillity's from you.

What? It is listed as an available location, but technically you are right. BHS is €55.99 and France is only €40.99. I didn't notice that last night when I wrote that up.
