Need a VPS with Big Space

Hi,
I need a VPS with 100/200 GB Space. No Special requirement for RAM/vCPU Cores. But, Huge Bandwidth like 1/1.5 TB.

Ram can be 128 MB & CPU core can be limited to 1. No Problem. 1 Gbit Uplink required.

Can you recommend me some providers that offer this configuration ?
