Looking to get a US VPS in WY, SD, ND, ID and/or MT
in General
Essentially, the middle northern side (I believe it is called the Mountain area) of the United States includes states like Wyoming, South Dakota, North Dakota, Idaho, and Montana.
I have looked and have not found any VPS hosting provider in that region. I believe Wyoming has a couple of data centers and a bunch of resellers selling VPS based in Los Angeles.

@crunchbits has Spokane location, which is very close to Idaho.

Unfortunately... Crunchbits moved out of Idaho.
The closest you will get is Crunchbits Spokane, WA location or a vps located in Salt Lake City.
I would also check out @SmartHost
They have datacenters in Utah, Colorado, Wisconsin, Michigan.
@fiberstate for Salt Lake
My fault, they were only offering Dedicated Servers. @crunchbits would be your best option then but no stocks yet available on their website but try creating a ticket they might open 1 for you
Smarthost has vpses in SLC if that is what works for you.
IonSwitch is at Idaho, if I am not wrong.
We bought a server from them several months ago. However, at that time, they did not have the OS we needed, which was Ubuntu. Their support was unresponsive, despite us opening multiple tickets and reaching out to them several times. Consequently, we had no choice but to close our account.
This happened some time ago, so if they have made improvements, I might try their service again. Are you using their service?
@Operable4829 I know we aint quite in the area you looking for (Texas) but check out or looking glass to see if we could work out for you.

Thanks. I am not sure how they went under my radar. I will check them out.
Thank you. Got it.
Some changes coming to ordering process, but we can always fit a VPS in somewhere. We're right on the border (Liberty Lake, WA) with Idaho. Let me know if we have anything that can be put together for you.
Oregon maybe?

We can recommend @HostEONS for a VPS out of Salt Lake City. We do have budget friendly Xeon E3 1240-V5 servers with instant deploy available.
Includes:

Most of Utah, Idaho, Wyoming or Montana will have similar latency on the west coast.
We have direct Lumen (Level 3) routes to Los Angeles ~10ms.
Although not located in these states, ColoCrossing has data centers near the states you mentioned.
SmartHost in Utah and Crunchbits in Washington are also options.
A further option is RackNerd, which has a data center located in Seattle.
Everyone, thank you very much for the suggestions. Please continue to share your suggestions as this helps the next guy out.
Nope, I didn't have any services with IonSwitch before, not directly anyway. I did had a NAT VPS from Gullos at the Idaho location previously. I believe it was utilizing IonSwitch's network, and I didn't recall having any major issues. (I was mostly idling that VPS though)
On a separate note, I have got 2 VPSes with Crunchbits at the Spokane location currently for around 6 months now. I am getting a very reliable service from them and the performance of the VPS is very consistent. Would definitely recommend them if you are looking for something stable and reliable.
@MannDude (IncogNET.io) is in Liberty Lake, WA as well.
OVH and Hetzner are both in Hillsboro, OR (western suburb of Portland, OR).
Thanks, I will definitely check Crunchbits out.
Thanks for the mention @fiberstate
@Operable4829 we can offer VPS in SLC and many more locations, have a look at https://hosteons.com
On top of that I can do
Double Disk
Double Bandwidth
10G Port upgrade done
Just let me know if you order
