Low Cost 2GB VPS

Hello,
I'm looking for small VPS (any location except Germany is fine), with 2GB of RAM and 1vCPU in order to create a mini PowerDNS cluster, the only requirement is that the service is stable and that 53/udp is allowed at the destination.
