- Network Port Speed: 1 Gbit.
- Data Transfer: Unlimited.
- Location: Preferably in Finland, Germany, or the Netherlands.
- Network Testing: Availability of a 'Looking Glass' service or an IP address for ping tests.
I would appreciate it if you could provide me with the details regarding the availability, pricing, and any additional information pertinent to these requirements.

Thank you for the information about Hetzner. Unfortunately, their IP addresses are blocked in my country, so I'm unable to use their services. I'm looking for a provider with IP ranges that aren't blocked here. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
