Romanian guy without sisters searching for a vps in EU

As the title says, I need a vps in EU.
Since is faster to post a requeat than search all the threads, here is what I want.

Minimum Requirements
2 gb ram
3/4 cores,
80gb hdd ssd/nvme
599gb trafic
Ping to Romania < 15ms
Buget 20/25 euro/m
Vps processor manufacturing date > 2020

Pls no ofers from providers with mobile cariers as internet provider.

    You may checkout RackNerd's new servers in France. No idea about pings to ROmania though.

    If you're ok with direct PMX access (and no fuzzy whmcs module), I have something in Equinix AM5 I could help you with.
    However Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2665.

    It has v4, their brand name just aged Not Great. I use them for some stuff, big recommend.
