  • AI FACTS

42% of business leaders have implemented AI to reduce general hiring needs.

Let's be clear: hiring the right employees by checking thousands of resumes and condensing an entire resume into high-impact bullet points is no easy feat.

I would have easily lost hours staring at each resume if I had to check them and shortlist candidates. Thankfully, an AI summary generator will do most of the work for you and come up with a short text with relevant bullet points.

Many organizations are even introducing AI to streamline the tasks of hiring managers and recruiters. The automated applicant tracking systems (ATS) can automatically scan applicant resumes for the right keywords, hard skills, and soft skills.

    • A whopping 42% of organization's leaders have implemented AI with an aim to reduce general hiring needs and overcome talent shortages.
    • 35% of leaders said they have a plan and will start to implement AI in their company.
    • 16% of company leaders are still on the path to developing a plan.
    • Only 4% of the survey respondents do not plan to integrate AI, but 2% are not sure about their decision.

No doubt, its cool. I initially thought you were trying to post on another thread where chicken memes are a thing. Pardon me for the confusion.

It's okay man. Bring some more chatgpt facts. 👏

Don't use ChatGPT facts. Used it only for the ChatGPT Facts and found it extremely repetitive and boring. For other facts, I usually use websites that have good facts. Believe it or not, I go through a majority of these facts to make sure that I don't repeat the same fact. But, upon rechecking I have found a very low number of repetition from my side. Working on that now.

ChatGPT is a scam where people are training it for free

I find the concept of AI as a whole scary.

Same, AI is a whole world that will take over everything and not for the better

Yes, Deepfakes are the most infamous example. The scandals that it has already created even while nascent should be a warning enough. BTW, please don't let me commenting on your facts distract you from posting other awesome facts. Keep going!

Yeah, Deepfakes are a perfect example of why AI is bad news

  • Electronic mail already existed before the birth of the World Wide Web.

  • The world’s most luxurious car, Bugatti La Voiture Noire, costs a whopping $18.7 million.

  • Banks and other corporate giants hire white hats or “good hackers” to help fix security ssues and prevent system infiltration.
