Update:
After a bit over 30 rounds of benchmarking my new @Hosteroid VPS (this promo here) I found my first quick benchmark results confirmed. When measuring the single-core processor performance there is (as is totally normal) quite some spread, ranging from 48 to 264 with an average of 137. Multi-core performance though is excellent and very stable/low spread.
The disk results are outstandingly consistent and quite acceptable for an SSD.
The connectivity results are also quite consistent.
TL;DR I'm really happy with that dirt-cheap VPS. Recommended without hesitation!
