Hi @FrankZ -- it's definitely a strategic location, and we couldn't be happier with our decision to expand to Strasbourg. With about 3ms to Frankfurt, 10ms to Amsterdam, 10ms to Zurich, and 15ms to London (just to name a few examples) -- it's a really well-connected network, and truly an awesome location for a datacenter in the EU.
We've got 20 more nodes coming online in Strasbourg soon, so stay tuned for the restock!
Yup. I have not put anything on it yet - I'm doing a stock tracker project for a host, that will be deployed here.
So at regular intervals, I bench, to check if performance is consistent, gotta say it is.
GB5 is always above 400 (so far), disk speeds are consistent, and you can push 1G on the network to almost all of the EU.
I'm looking forward to it !!
