Definition of premium:
- Provider based in Europe;
- Over 5 years of successful business;
- 5+ team members;
- Owned network and hardware equipment/IPs;
- Minimum T3 class DC;
- KVM, XEN or vmware;
- AMD EPYC or Intel Gold class CPU's;
- No bullshit host. Probably that means he does not advertise or has representatives in this forum.
Specs vary, only looking around for general discounts.

That said, if you guys are looking for a premium provider, even though they don't fulfill 5 years, @hybula is definitely something you should try.
I've had good experiences with both providers. They are pleasant and professional.
