The problem is still being investigated and we think it is a duplication of the MAC Address, but if anyone has faced this problem before, I am thrilled to hear any feedback

Well, that would explain, why I see DNS answers on my IP, which I did not ask for. My first thought was a duplicate IP, as my IP is slowly (~15-30min - your Cisco's ARP table?) switching between my server and the other one with different services/ports. But a duplicate IP on different switch ports would also make sense.
I also opened a ticket about this: #IZQ-190755

Short update: @Calin provided me a new IPv4 address, which seems to have fixed my problem/duplicate IP. Thanks a lot for that.

But I am still getting the ~100M inbound flood traffic from the bug he mentioned before.

  • Looks like this is a setting from the hosting provider (he knows you want to move VPS, so he makes the transfer process slow), I also experienced that there (he said his ISP noc was stupid, couldn't fix the network), fast download, slow upload (max 1 mbps) imagine uploading my files to a 4 TB storage object, it took 2 months at that time🤣🤣🤣, If you join the discord, then you will see my message there, which he will answer next week, then the network will be good

  • Yesss @horasjey off coursee..... that it's my devil plan , to keep my customers prisoners , you work at FBI?Or NSA?

This is issue that everyone faces, so I am not alone. Hoping that something will be done urgently.
