2TB EU storage server required - best offers?

I got the c1v 2TB storage server thinking that was a stonking deal, but the server is unusable so I need an alternative.
Anyone got something for <$6/month for 2tb storage? Hetzner seems have good prices but only have 1TB or 5TB+ boxes, I need something in between for now until my storage grows more.
Location preferably UK, but anywhere in Western Europe is acceptable.
(This is just for a partial backup of my NAS, part of 3-2-1 strategy)

What was unusable about the server?
Network issues. I paid for 1gb port as an upgrade, but the server network speed is atrocious on IPv4 (I don't have IPv6). Apparently issue lies with Cogent but it has been a few weeks now since black Friday and have seen no improvement.

BTW yoursunny tested my VPS at about 40 Mb/s in upload on IPv4. For whatever reason yours reaches 600 Mb/s.
