    Hey from the time stamp of POST I think I know the reason, that's the time for backups setup in our system, so billing or portal may go down for few minutes when DB Backups are being taken, it actually does not goes down, just may not respond quick enough and may appear to be down

    Sorry HDD is not possible, but can give extra NVME Disk space, how much extra space do you need ?

    You can select extra disk space in the order form, and I'll double the disk space as per this offer, so if your total disk space is 100G you will get 200G
