In your earlier offer, you had mentioned this is for all locations, which also included Frankfurt and it will be launched in the future. So, I had ordered in NY., although this location was not interesting for me.
Later, the location was not available. The YABS were not acceptable. There was no snapshot function. This offer became useless for me and I regretted to have accepted this. So I requested to refund, which was rejected.
But now, you do have this location in Frankfurt. Can you please delete my useless VPS and recreate it in Frankfurt? Here is my order number:

Regarding YABS I'm not sure what are you referring to as YABS are posted if an offer is made or client can ask for it before ordering, so it's not something that's different from what is offered, but if you want to change location, as a gesture of goodwill I'll change it, but I need support ticket for it

From many other providers here, I do have many VPS. This one was the slowest in disk speeds, less performance, half RAM, no snapshot function, 1GB speed, etc. Comparetively, this was very low in my list of the new VPS I received from all other companies.
I realised only after ordering that I hasd choosen a wrong provider, when it was too late. My fault ...
