So don't fall into that trap anymore!
Of course
he's waiting for you to pay the rest
I’m making an espresso
Let me know your thoughts
Start by grinding your coffee beans to a fine consistency. You'll need about 18-20 grams of coffee for a single shot of espresso.
Yellow cow has dozens of accounts, says he isn't yellow cow. Lol.
Got it!
if you are not crazy, please stay away from vir.
You got caught doing things against the TOS and now you have to pay the penalties. No point crying / ranting.
Because you did something wrong, Virmach has every right to terminate ALL of your accounts and withold refunds (it is in thde TOS of virtually every provider).
No point trying chargebacks as you know you broke the TOS and so does Virmach (you even admit it in your replies).
Shouldn't the title to the topic be "Scuboy2008 is the worst VPS customer?"
Really, with a company that has so many rules, and a reputation of enforcing them, you keep on thinking those rules don't apply to you...
LOL,why not check this before you use Virmach:https://www.trustpilot.com/review/virmach.com
So rules somehow do not apply to you.
I just renewed last month and it is working great.
Everyone complains about VirMach but I'm 99% confident the user is always at fault. Or pays peanuts and expect 24/7 support like RackNerd, 100% uptime SLA, ...
Been using them since 2020, with small outages that are mostly not their fault (e.g DediPath) and never needed to open a ticket for anything.
Currently with 2 services with them with ridiculously cheap prices and happy with it
@DP, @angstrom, change of title, maybe?
Think of it this way, you post a deal here on LET and say only one order is allowed per client/customers. These MJJ guys create new accounts using fake info and then use their bots to snags every good deal up. Few weeks later they start reselling those accounts with the VPS inside.
What would you do?
From time to time VirMach pulls a thread and most of those linked to it come here and crying
In this case the OP has 12 accounts ( which is clearly against ToS). One of them got blocked and the others would follow soon.
I think I have one of those deals from 2020 (same as yours?). Here's what mine looks like for $5/yr:
RYZE.MIA-Z012.VMS
1 Core RYZEN 9 5950X
1 GB RAM
15 GB NVMe
1.46 TB data transfer
1 Gbps shared port
1 IPv4
The yellow chicken scalps the virmach chickens.
Somebody please think about the chickens.
My VPS is
2 core Ryzen 9 3950X
2 GB RAM
60 GB NVMe
3 TB bandwidth
1 IPv4
Windows Server 2022 OS
$11 per year
So let me just summarize this just to make sure I get it right.
You have multiple accounts under false names. That is clearly a violation of the rules so you are openly admitting that you have no problems breaking the rules.
You get caught, your account is terminated, and you come here to bitch about it and whine about Virmach not following the rules.
First of all, Virmach does not break any rules. Their terms clearly states that using false names or creating multiple accounts can result in immediate termination without refunds. So what they did is exactly what they said they would do.
Second, if you break the rules why do you expect Virmach to follow them? What makes you think they apply to everyone but you?
I never thought I would be the one to defend Virmach, but I have to say that in this case they are not at fault.
Virmach often downtime for months? Failure to respond to a ticket solves the problem
From what I seen VirMach communicated on OGF that there is a lot of multicounts that they don't touch. They only handle those if user goes chargeback/crazy on support and spamming tickets. It's probably not worth/time consuming/expensive to merge it all and let's be honest - they will create more.
Some of people here thinks that if they will create more accounts and chargeback "only" on one of those rest of the accounts is safe, lol[1]. Or they buy account from famous scalper and then when scalper chargebacks something on account 1 out of 18751758781578 they are shocked that account they bought is getting suspended.
[1] Fun fact - there were people using the same paypal account to pay for services on different VirMach accounts and still claim "that is not mine, I have only one!!1!!1".Another problem is abuse from resold VPSes/accounts which normally affect all other connected accounts.
Scalpers or buyers of those banned "secondhand" accounts scream "I didn't do anything". Well, some other account buyer connected to your other accounts obviously did.
I have 5 VMS in different locations with them, yes like all other providers they have some issue and send notifications for reboot or server issue but never had termination issue i even requested to cancel a vm and few weeks later i requested revoking cancellation request and was done with no issue.
It seems you only telling the part of the story you want everyone know and hiding the main reason of termination.
I am canceling almost all my services and have moved to other hosting providers.
They did a stupid ryzen migration for all of their locations at the same time. They fu*ked it up. They had done migration from OpenVZ to KVM earlier and I remember that my VPS was migrated almost after the year but it was smart move. In this migrstions, There had been so many IP changes and so many other issues but they didn't pull the plug. If they would have taken it slow, things would have been much better.
thanks to virmach my tokyo vps has great performance and network speeds!
This is your style, enjoy yourself.
