Is "VIRMA 2003" your real name?

    Is "tototo" your real name?

No. But VirMach knows my real name.

What does it have to do with me?

You should have used your real name instead of "VIRMA 2003"

Another shocking revelation: sky is blue

    it's my fault~

Indeed. You seem to be here since 2019 so you should be knowing about virmache more than most people.

Just curious what's the issue with Virmach? I always had impression that they are good provider

But recently I've seen many negative reviews and from your reply also it seems, it seems like a repeated issue

So what exactly is happening ? Service stability or just bad support ?

The attitude towards customers and the way they handle things are very poor. They refuse to issue refunds and delete customer accounts.

But from what you posted, it does not even seems like a refund issue, unless something is missing from what you posted, why would they terminate a service that was renewed ?

That's exactly what confuses me. I had already made the payment, and the product was successfully renewed until 2024. However, it was still terminated in the end. It's possible that the boss doesn't value us low-cost customers and wants to get rid of all the low-priced VPS.

This is weird, they should have atleast communicated and given time to clients to backup and migrate elsewhere and also issue refund or give them option to pay more and continue to use just in case the price of the service is a loss maker

You opened an account with fullname VIRMA 2003? None of providers will approve an account with fake details like that. Closing your account was a good call. No doubt.

I'm sorry, there were no such measures in place. Once a support ticket was submitted, accounts were simply banned.

What is fraud? It is only fair and reasonable to pay for and use a service. If they believe there is an issue with my account, they should provide evidence and issue a refund. Deleting the account after receiving payment is the biggest fraud, and that's what Virmach's owner is doing.

No matter how clear the terms are, they cannot hide the fact that Virmach's owner has malicious intentions. There was no communication, no dialogue mechanism. You only realize it when something like this happens to you.

Those who casually accuse others of being 'yellow cow' are not even as competent as a 'yellow cow' themselves.

  • @HostEONS said: Just curious what's the issue with Virmach?

    • they don't respond to support tickets, neither read them.
    • many outage a month
    • no prior announcement or no status updates about the same

While virmach is dogshit, putting 2003 as your last name makes it look like you also have malicious intentions.

I'm not smart, as you've pointed out, but that doesn't change your situation.

Yellow cow with fake name on virmach is more common than anything else.

Competency would be yellow cow using at least a real sounding name.

This phenomenon is inevitably present in any VPS provider, but for example, companies like OVH and Hetzner require mandatory verification of identity before allowing account registration. If this cannot be achieved, then please provide proper services after accepting payment, or at least establish communication channels and mechanisms, instead of simply accepting payment and deleting accounts. Otherwise, it's no different from robbery.

So @scuboy2008 how many VirMach accounts do you have had or to be even more specific - during your lifetime how many different accounts you logged into and how many you created?

Around a dozen or so, and those who haven't paid are still fine. Why didn't they delete those accounts? They delete the ones that have paid, just like thieves.

As long as you haven't paid, it will never disappear because it's a trap set by the boss to make you pay into their pocket and then delete the account.
