If it’s private trackers, literally any provider that allows BitTorrent traffic should be fine.

I know that the risk is very low. But I have become old and anxious and don't want to cause any trouble for my provider or myself
I’m sure your provider will be kind enough to let you go with a warning the first time it generates a copyright strike. Unless it’s IPT or sister sites or some semi private ones, I don’t see that happening either.
