For EU, it should be DE (Germany ) or NL (Neither) or CH (Switzerland). That's the most popular regions that i know of.

For EU location, I see Amsterdam-Netherlands become a choice (connectivity & law/dmca), however you have competitive package+price among other provider.
Since you already have 3 locations for EU, would heard you serve asia region in near future.

Sorry to take the fun out of it, but surely it depends on your target market? Ie are you looking to become competitive in a market already existing (Netherlands etc) or are you looking for the untapped potential markets or trying not to be a race to the bottom priced service?
Tokyo/Japan interests me, but language worries me as being a barrier. Dublin is also interesting but im unsure why, as London and Germany are excellent alternatives for Europe
