Need a decent vps that allows torrenting.

I will be using it as a seed box and to stream movies/tv shows via Plex media server (uses decent amount of prosesing power. I also will be setting up open vpn. 1gbit would be nice to have. Also need 4-8 gb of ram and hopefully ssd. Need to be able to stream 480p to canada. budget is 5-20 (flexible if the right plan comes along.) thanks!

Thats unrealistic for Canada.
OVH in BHS Canada? Not sure if this is near B.C. (i don't know the geography of Canada).
You probably mean a VPS, not a vpn.
And, yeah, canada will probably not allow pirated content (unless you hold rights for the movies/tv shows which is unlikely).
In that case it's fine to leave canada for the us or anywhere else as long as I could stream 480 p off that server.
