    Hi @arrago -- We've been experiencing unprecedented high demand -- tons of orders! Still working through a backlog of requests :) As of the time I am writing this, I am working through requests on Page 438 at the time of writing this. These are personally checked, validated/verified, and applied by me.

    I do want to take this opportunity to remind everyone that the process of doubling bandwidth does not lead to downtime, so your VPS can continue operating as usual. It's not an urgent matter in terms of service continuity, and the update, once applied, is seamless.

    In short, you may continue to use your VPS as you normally would while awaiting your bandwidth doubling to take into effect, it's not an issue at all.

    I'd also like to emphasize that our 24x7 support department is fully operational and ready to assist with any other inquiries or needs you might have. This high demand specifically impacts the bandwidth update process and is not indicative of our overall customer support response times. Rest assured, we are here to support you around the clock for all other services and questions.
