Just a bit of feedback: I was a racknerd user 2-3 years ago, but with ColoCrossing being slow, the network being spammy and IPs sometimes getting blocked, I ultimately abandoned it. Today I thought - let's give Racknerd another chance - heck they get good reviews and it's been a while. I know Dustin works hard.

Signed up for a new account only to learn the IP I was given was blocked in China (I'm China-based). They do have a free IP change option within 72 hours (their support was very quick to respond, thumbs up for that). Fortuantely the new IP works for now... but I'm still worried that this IP range has issues.

Reminder to others: using racknerd for China connectivity might not ve very reliable. I guess too many people try to use racknerd for VPNs so the whole network is just banned. Such a shame for legit usage! :(

P.S. not sure if I'll actually be able to use this but... double bandwidth 😆 Invoice: #8983677

The IP blacklisting issue is with ColoCrossing but not with RackNerd. I do have 2 RackNerd's new Ryzen 7950X VPSes and unfortunately, both IPs are blacklisted by UCEPROTECTL3 service. As per RackNerd support, the entire IP range provided by ColoCrossing is blacklisted by this service so changing the IP (that is free within 72 hours of VPS order) wouldn't work. Support also said that along with ColoCrossing, many other providers' IPs are blacklisted by this service UCEPROTECTL3. So we shouldn't worry about this.
