    This is the black friday offer I was waiting for, glad to be back with Liteserver!

    Performance is exceptionally good for a VPS, and direct peering to Hetzner

    I would take this with 4TB instead 2 (CPU and RAM are OK) but can you do custom/monthly pricing ?

    What CPU ?

    AMD EPYC powered as long we have enough stock available.
    CPU will depend on the node the VPS will be hosted, but with these plans the focus is cheap storage.

    Thank you.

    Which package is this?

    See:

    @noisycode said: Storage-3

    The IOPS are pretty horrible and I don't know if that is because it's "loaded" or if it is just because it is limited.

    While I'm not expecting any "beast", I was hoping it would be in the respectable 200-250 range and not so low. Not sure if there's any caching or other optimizations in place at all but it doesn't look all that appealing (esp. considering it is supposed to be RAID-10).

    @nullnothere @noisycode @markz It's indeed the IOPS limit of the smallest STORAGE-3 plan you're hitting. We've had to put this IOPS limit in place, due to people abusing our storage layer with downloading torrents etc. This is also the main reason we didn't launch a major storage deal this year, all because we're looking into selling quality and don't want to disappoint customers with low performance due IO abuse done by others not being nice for the HDD drives :smile:

    150 IOPS should be sufficient for cold storage where these plans are designed for.
    If you've ordered a HDD 2023BF-Storage-3 or Storage-4 VPS during this Black Friday weekend and run into much issues due to the IO limits, please contact our support department and we'll figure something out to help you :smile:

    It's quite good to me, for storing and loading large models. Thanks to the I/O limit, and it'll save my life.

    You probably won't be able to save extra by prepaying for longer.
