I do not know AWS, Google, etc. as in "I have concrete experience over many months/years running a not insignificant number of their products".
Besides, NO provider really has 100% uptime over their whole operation. Tell me you offer 99,995% SLAs and I'll be interested, tell me you offer 100% and I'll just yawn and look elsewhere.
IMO 100% SLAs are for clueless manager types.
