Doubt it. Unless the providers in question provide statistics by API there is no way of knowing the actual downloads and such. You could count clickthroughs at best but that's not really the same as download count.

I made this back in 2015 but maintaining every upload service was pain. And the amount of CP and illegal stuff being uploaded was unbearable.
