Looking for cheap dedicated server

I actually own this server:
CPU: Intel Atom C2350 - 1.7 GHz - 2 core(s)
RAM: 4GB - DDR3
HDD: 1x 1TB (HDD SATA)
IPv4+IPv6
Bandwidth: Unmetered @ 1Gbps
Location: Amsterdam
Looking for similar specs but a bit better CPU, something like Xeon E3-1220.
I'm paying 9$. Someone can offer a similar price for a dedicated server based in Europe?

You'll have better luck with getting a VPS. Scaleway is lazy for some reason to unrack these cheap dedicated servers, but running a dedicated server at that cost is not profitable for any company.
Yeah, I know price is very low.
I have a bit more budget, so if specs are good, I don't care paying a bit more
