My vps (2023 Deals - FSXEON1GB) was canceled after about 1 hour and I received a refund email (via paypal) from October 14, but until now I still haven't received it and I can't log in to my account to send a ticket.
Provider website cannot be accessed and VPS cannot connect
it goes down almost every week
Does this happen often? I haven't used it much before.
This was informed a week back via email:
A service advisory has been issued for November 19th 2100 until November 20th 0600 (9 hours in total) Pacific time. While it’s not expected to require the full 9 hours, it is being scheduled as such.
As this is a large maintenance event involving power, network and minor node upgrades, you can expect packet loss and/or multiple full network outages during this period. Due to several nodes receiving minor upgrades, expect to have your VPS rebooted.
Resources will be limited so please hold off on non-critical tickets. There is a Discord server setup you are more than welcome to join - https://discord.gg/TYz353JmQV. However, keep in mind, it is not for support related issues.
