@dustinc NVMe KVMs in other locations coming soon? I want a second one for redundancy

Hi @risharde -- Thank You so much for your interest in growing your footprint with us, and I'm happy to hear that our new Ryzen 7950X VPS's are meeting your expectations! This Black Friday, we unveiled this product line for the first time, and this community was actually the first to know about this fresh news. The launch has been extremely successful thus far (to say the least). Absolutely zero complaints across the thousands of VM deployments we've done on the Ryzen product line, everyone has been super pleased with the performance, which is truly awesome to see.

The good news is, a significant batch of additional 7950X nodes was recently ordered/secured earlier this week, and are actively being prepared by the systems integrator to ship out to various datacenter locations of ours :)

I don't have an exact timeline as preparation is still underway, but it is our intention to continue to expand this product line out to all of our existing locations. If I had to guess, for sure at least one or two more before the end of this year, which is just around the corner. I believe I mentioned it earlier, but as a heads up, we do provide one free location migration request per service, so what you could do as to not lose any Black Friday opportunities in terms of pricing, is order the additional Ryzen VPS deal of your choice now, start using it, and then request a free migration via support ticket later to another location once it becomes available. There would be no charge for migration, and we can migrate your data in place as well, so you can start using the VPS immediately without having to wait, and no need to worry about reconfiguring or setting everything up again after migration as the only thing that would change after a location migration would be the IP address.

Thank You for the continued opportunities, we look forward to growing with you.

Thank you for the quick response and advice, I will definitely do another order and then migrate accordingly, appreciate it!

Hi @risharde -- no worries, always happy to help.

Appreciate the continued opportunities and growth :)

Why not start a conversation regarding personal interests and try to improve each others knowledge, like "guys should i use cloudflare for website protection or iptables rules only maybe both"? etc..

I've tried several times throughout the thread. Seems to work for a bit. I'm all for having engaging conversations!

Not sure if you were involved and answered already, but what do you use your VPS for?

A few things i can mention:
Few days back i tested nginx, caddy, ols, apache according to my use cases, a few test one of them: test each of them with their own way of site protection like module in nginx or few projects on github for them..
Another fun stuff i do is for example testing product which was updated till python 3.10 i'll test it with .12 & alpha 13 if that fails i try to debug (this way i learn new stuff while debugging and talking to community on different platforms) .

Good stuff! I often use VMs in my home lab for that. I use VMware Workstation locally for certain things, or ESXi on an old Dell OptiPlex desktop. Have a few NASes for storage and other things. But first time getting into VPSes.
