    Well, I am not a lawyer, so I cannot comment on that, but there are a lot of interpretations, and for me as completely 3rd party to require you to provide your personal email might be not correct. @dustinc as a service provider has all the rights though.

    I understand, and I'm not a lawyer either, but in this case, you are not required to provide anything. You're choosing to provide to another user in order to trade a prize. I feel like if you are willingly giving your information for this specific purpose, the rules are different.

    At any rate, being able to point Dustin to another user for the prize is optimal for privacy reasons, if it's a concern. :)

    I would not think so, there seems to be many lurkers who come out when giveaways happen so they be F5'ing and creating views at a higher percentage than their comments would reflect.
