    Yep, you've got it exactly right. I believe she was only 6 or 7 when we were there, so she just wanted to swim and play :)

    Oh yeah, some kids aren't big fans of the beach. My daughter really enjoys the sand though, so that's probably why she likes the beach. If I asked her to pick between the beach and the pool though, I'm not sure which she'd have chosen.

    I have a feeling that we're in for a lot more days of less posts, but probably a couple days soon where it'll be higher again.

    When they were little my kids would get such a kick out of finding little squids, or crabs that it was hard to get them away from the beach. I really had to stress that the Lion hand clams were not something to play with.
