Ok found it, it seems VDS Node R36-SLC2 is having some issues, till we diagnose and fix it, if you want I can migrate your VDS to another node ?
This is a general announcement for all users on R36-SLC2, I'm migrating all VDS to another node to avoid this issue again, till we diagnose problem with R36-SLC2
All VDS should be migrated in next 20-30 minutes
@HostEONS
I know you are working the outage but when you get a chance.

Please upgrade to 100G NVME and add monthly backup.
Thank you!
This is a very low margin offer, but this helps us get clients who may give us more business in future, moreover these offers are just for forum users only, so our orders at regular price are still coming in
Moreover even $2 it's not a loss making deal as we have already got the ROI for the servers being used, so we just need to pay the colo costs.
Can't give all the details, but it helps us in long term without making losses.
Thanks for your business

Got it.
It is kinda similar to McDonalds paying fixed monthly amount for soft drink fountain.
and therefore it can afford to have unlimited refills and any size drink fix price marketing.

All FUTURE ORDERS after this POST will be setup on 3950x based nodes (may be if there is space some may even get on 5950x based, but order it assuming that you will get on 3950x based Node)
Looks like you were the last one to get 7950 CPU core upgrade.
Yup, 7950x are still available from https://lowendtalk.com/discussion/189387/hosteons-ryzen-7950x-vds-hybrid-dedi-7-1-vcore-4-gb-ram-50-gb-nvme-15tb-10g-port#latest but not at this price
This VPS is pretty powerful.

There is some power issue at datacentre FiberState, waiting for more information, will post more update shortly
DC Updated, Power is back, waiting for equipments to come back online
Ok servers are coming back online, I'll check all servers as some may face issues with FSCK etc... and we have about 100 servers here, so it may take some time to check all servers one by one, I'll post update about it here as well as network issue section in our portal
Another update, all servers except for Ryzen 7950X Nodes are back online, these servers are also online, but network is offline, hence DC is checking the network side for it
7950x Nodes are also coming online, it was a bad Fiber Optic to Switch, didn't liked the power outage reboot, but all nodes are coming online
All servers are online, if your VPS is still down, try restarting it from VPS control panel, if you still face issues submit a support ticket we will check it
R41-SLC2 may have degraded performance for a while as RAID is rebuilding on this server, as one of the drive was rejected by RAID, had to add it back and it's rebuilding now, no data loss, server and all VDS Are online on it already
7950X coming soon to even in LA and NY, servers ordered, though they might be a little expensive about $1.5 or so per VDS as colo costs are higher in LA and NY compared to SLC
R41-SLC2 is still having issues, looks like one of the NVME is bad, taking down server to replace the bad drive
Thanks for keeping us updated. Appreciate the transparency.
R41-SLC2 is back online, though RAID building is still pending, but you can reboot your VDS to bring them online
RAID Rebuild Started - R41-SLC2
Just want to let you know that IPv6 no longer works after the server is back online.
