Hiring a guy who knows HTML/CSS/JS for a Template Edit

I'd need someone to

  1. Find a template on themeforest (based on a style I have in mind),
  2. Create the necessary pages (One home page, 3 sub pages),
  3. Enter content,
  4. Get it ready for production.

I need someone with Native English.
