I mean it would be full email hosting for me and a few other people. But I've tried doing email server maintenance before, and I could not get the hang of it. OpenDKIM was not getting me past gmail's spam filter, and my domain was being spoofed (getting emails from admin@mydomain and stuff)

I did a tutorial on how to relay your outbound email via mxroute for better delivery here. I have no issues getting email to gmail or anybody else for that matter using this method. I would also be more than happy to set up your opendkim as well if you wish.
onepoundemail is a reseller for mxroute and is very good, you get better customer service from Michael than Jarland in my opinion. But they are the same email service so you get the best of both worlds.
