yeah we need upgrades or something exclusive to old customers

true, but let's say the upgrades could have tiers? maybe the older your service is, the better the upgrade
wouldn't benefit a LOT from it, but still cool
i see same people each year (my 3rd) so i think if someone pays 2-3-4-5 years and contribute here it's a good idea to reward that. but then also give chance for new customers
