    Complain to the forum admins, I don’t like it either but most sales threads on this forum are like that and it’s impossible to compete or gain much visibility without doing something like this.

    Don’t know if I responded to this, nevertheless, right now everything is on track but of course there could be some delays somewhere (i.e. if hardware arrives damaged, shipping gets delayed, etc)

    ISO mounting is possible but you have to open a ticket manually with ISO URL.

    Is it true that you had a very small quantity of VPS offered?

    From the very first day, I have observed and attempted to order one VPS. You had deactivated the click on the terms and conditions so that no client could order, although on the first page, it mentioned that one could order.

    After one began the ordering in the first step, you had only a 6 months option activated and everyone got a message "12 months option is not available at the moment".

    Under the EU law, which you may not be aware of, this kind of an active offer is not permited by law. Either you close this thread or remove references and links to the offer page.

    I just noticed that everything is deactivated, I was thinking of doing it these days, maybe they are already sold out or they are making some arrangements to add more purchase options.
    You have to be patient.

    Yes, now everything is deactivated.

    I attempted to order from the first day. They had deactivated a 12 months option in the first step and in the second step they deactivated the acceptance button of terms and conditions. By doing so, no client had any possiblity to order, not just me.

    Thereafter, they modified the first step and now everything is gone.

    However, I repeat again: No one could have ordered further because they had deactivated the ordering process. Even though, all the products are grey without further orders.

    To me it does not look like they will make further arrangement. I beleive that they wanted a small publicity with a very small quantity (This is what I mentioned in my comment) and that is now gone.

    I am not complaining but informing others that this offer is no longer available.

    I made a successful order from the very first day and so did many many other people. I am sure you saw quite a number of people dropping their invoice numbers here.

    If you have known Advinservers for a while, you will know that they run out of stock pretty fast, even with their normal orders.

    I am currently waiting to see if I can get one of their standard Europe 64GB KVMs and I basically check on a daily basis, hoping someone cancels so I can snap it up.

    Their servers are pretty solid, I only have beef with the speed of response from the customer support,

    This is true, I was reading in the comments some who added their IDs of their purchases for the drawing on November 16.

    Thank you for your message. There were 100+ orders and the Terms of Service button has never been deactivated. It is most likely that you had simply missed clicking the button or something else went wrong on your side when you tried to order on the very first day of the thread. Due to the influx of orders and demand, of which we did not expect, we decided to temporarily make some changes in order to stop further yearly pre-orders as we did not anticipate so much demand for that specific billing period. Consider it as the promotion itself being out of stock. We made these changes very recently.

    Regarding the thread itself, I am not sure if you actually know how LowEndTalk works. The reason why I did not (and cannot) immediately remove the reference to the yearly offer is because I cannot modify the contents of a thread once it has been posted. Once a thread is posted, the contents of it can only be modified within 1 hour of the thread being posted. After that 1 hour grace period is over, I cannot manually modify a thread in order to remove any references to a specific promotion. It has clearly been over 1 hour. Once again, consider it as the promotion itself is out of stock.

    I have been transparent about this from the other thread, but we ordered 1 host node for this lineup, consisting of 1TB of DDR5 memory. That is the amount that we put up as stock on the website. While you could consider this quantity as "small," we are by no means a large company and ordering a bunch of Genoa host nodes to sustain these types of LowEnd deals is not something that we are currently in a position to do. If you want us to charge double or triple the cost, sure, we can order a bunch and offer it at that 2-3x the cost and always be in stock, but where's the fun in that.

    A lot of people got a cheap KVM pre-order for an incredibly cheap cost. I am sorry that you didn't. There are plenty of invoice numbers posted on this thread, and I'm sure other (happy) customers that pre-ordered instances can chime in here. If you think that the other customers in these threads are somehow my alternate accounts or lying about grabbing a pre-order, well, not sure what to tell you.

    Also, even if we needed publicity (which we don't), what exactly would anyone even order? Pretty much nothing on our website is even in stock :pensive:

    Yes, we are sold out but there may be some initial cancellations/refunds and/or orders that aren't paid which will most likely be processed within a week of the initial lineup deployment, could result in some stock being added back.

    No 1 rule on Advin, thou shall not wait. Even a 10 Minute wait is too long. I have waited for 30 days for a particular VPS to be restocked and within 10 minutes of getting the restocked notification some other people bought it all.
