Need Help with WHMCS Client Ticket Auto-Responder

I want to set up an auto-responder for client tickets, but I can't find clear instructions. Can anyone guide me on how to do this effectively? Your help is much appreciated.

    It’s already built in. Just look for the “new ticket” email template. Also look for email templates.

    I forget exact steps, but that should be enough to help find it.
