  Check out AlphaVPS (aff / non-aff)

  It's a bit out of your budget, so if you can do idk, 6-12months payments, maybe there's other providers. Been using AlphaVPS for a few months now and has been rock solid

  How about ServaRICA (aff | non-aff)'s 2 TB Polar Bear plan in the Summer Offer 2023 section? It's $5 per month and meets all your requirements.

  I should have mentioned in the post that I am looking for a provider besides ServaRICA or Crunchbits. Looking to setup a distributed storage system across 3 different providers.

  Should also mention Alwyzon . Whilst this one is also out of your budget, I don't think you'll find better network & performance than this for the price. They use NVMe cache for their Storage Servers plans and they're fast.
