Please login to https://vps.hosteons.com and you should see the "Backup" option in it when you open your VPS in the panel
Monthly backup are taken automatically but you can even manually create backup if needed with just 1 click

It's actually a mix, so client may get any 3950 or 5950 but as per the order form we have are selling it as 3950x

Sorry no SGP for now, launching Xeon Gold CPU and NVME Drive Based VPS in France and Germany soon, most likely before end of this month, servers already ordered, they are on the way to Europe, once they are racked we will live soon, though not sure if you guys would be interested in VDS or VPS in France and Germany ? We have sent multiple Nodes in both locations so we can launch any of the services we need ...
They will be in Equinix datacentre in Paris and Frankfurt

Also make sure to enable Windows Evaluation license else your VDS will shutdown every few hours
