    Yeah of course. But are those buying located around there? From my understanding you need to be a resident or a business to be able to own a sg domain so wouldn't it be pointless for those outside?

    SG location is not only for Singaporeans, more for the surrounding countries where hosting and traffic are expensive and need a good connection with the outside world

    mostly for GFW bypass, since SGN/HKG/JPN/KOR is around China and some provider have direct peering with China's ASN, which resulted in lower latency for user in China
