  As indicated the first month is for USD0.01 payable via Paypal probably for verification and to avoid abuse..

  However the recurring price is $7.99 which is over the magical 7 and thus not allowed here...
  
  Anyway grabbed a box and got provisioned instantly and here is a quick bench.

  @BaseVM - I am done checking this VPS out, everything works well and there is no problems at all, but I don't think it will work for my long term needs.

  @BaseVM Will you do a 128 MB VPS plan for $15/year? Other minimum specs I require are 5 GB Disk Space, 150 GB Bandwidth, 1 IPv4 Address.

  Sorry, the minimum package is 512MB.
