    As far as I know GreenCloudVPS support can mount an ISO for you, or you can follow the instructions I posted earlier in the thread about booting to netboot.xyz from GRUB.

    Ask GreenCloudVPS support to mount the Proxmox ISO. They often reply in less than 20 minutes.

    Isn't memory doubled already or why you prepaid for 3 years if not for double memory offer?
    I have several of them (premium and budget) prepaid for 3 years - all of them with double memory.
