  Memory can be oversold as well

  2 Ryzen vCores (allocated 30%) could end up being more powerful.

  High Steal CPU with low af fair use , oversell memory is possible since nobody run 100% or 90% 24/7, 1Gbps port but u alway get 10-20Mbps

  Then it profit not steal , also u can end contract with someone super abuse the resources like op
