    My home internet uses XGS-PON so it's not guaranteed 10Gbps (it's shared with up to 64 people in the same neighbourhood), but I'm usually able to download at 7-8Gbps if the remote server is fast enough.

    Bought 1010 deal and I have raised two support tickets till now and they respond very quickly.

    Greencloud has very fast response times , sometimes things may take a time, again they don't descriminate low end folk and their regular price customers unlike a few le provider whom I will not quote here
