Hello, this is also like vps, since 1-2 months ago vps paid for a year, then it was canceled due to I/O, and I had a hard time getting the annual fee back.
would the network be used here, would the problem be on the dedicated server?
because I think i/o doesn't matter anymore.

Hi, a dedicated server is different as the resources are 100% yours. So I don't see a problem there. I case you overload the server it's bothering yourself and not others :-)
