It is now August 2024 and I just saw this thread. I use UltaHost for their "DMCA Ignore" feature they proclaim on their site as of today still "https://ultahost.com/dmca-ignored-vps". There is a person flooding Cloudflare with DMCA notices and Cloudflare in turn floods whichever proxy vps I use (currently UltaHost) so we will see in the coming weeks if they have fix this or if this thread from last year is still the case (meaning it is false advertising).
