    IPs assigned are blacklisted on both VPSs making it unusable unfortunately

    @hostaris why I was not able to connect to my vps?
    I generated ssh key with puttygen and then tried to connect using that private key, getting timed out...
    Can anyone please help 🙏😭

    can never connect to the 2nd server after created or rebooted. no way to raise support ticket.

    There is a small routing issue with the last 3 IPs in the subnet, as there are no more available IPs on our Epyc host system we cannot quickly resolve it by moving you to another one.

    We are waiting for our provider to fix this issue - it shouldn't take long as it's a simple fix.

    This has been resolved.

    P.S - you can open tickets in our Discord at the minute as we are still awaiting our reworked billing system.

    Both are counted because we pay for both.
