  I can't edit the post due to LET restrictions, so here's an update on the thread progress.

  I'm still on an ongoing search for a VPS/VDS that meets my requirements, so please reply if you have vendor recommendations or are a vendor yourself. I check every response so you don't have to worry about your offer being missed.

  I would still recommend vendors to bring your Looking glass / Test ip with their reply.

  Usually by my standards, during peak network hours, the average rate of wget single-threaded download of Looking glass test files is >10MB/s. For exotic locales (e.g. Isle of Man), >5MB/s might also be acceptable to me.
