    HXServers is revamping. Due to recent issues, IP Address allocation issues and IPv6 issues, all new services will be hosted on new servers located in each of our main locations:
    New York, New York
    Los Angeles, California
    Miami, Florida
    All new servers have been ordered, with our own /24 IP Blocks being assigned. We've learned from our mistakes, and an insane surge of orders has taught us how to handle it.
    PS. We're also introducing VirtFusion as our new VPS control panel instead of Virtualizor.

    The old servers, using Virtualizor, will be decommissioned as orders rotate. All new orders will be placed on the new platforms. If you have an active VPS, we will not be canceling them, nor will you be forced to migrate. Those servers will continue in operation until not a single VPS client remains using them. Thank you all so much.

    I looked at my control panel and it didn't show the ipv6 address now, how to enbaled it? and the ipv6 address is /64 ?

    can existing users apply to migrate to VirtFusion? if true, will it affect the vps's data and IP address?

    Yes, you may open a ticket to migrate to the new servers powered by VirtFusion. Yes, data will not be copied over to the new servers. IP Addresses will also not migrate to the new servers either. That being said, open a ticket with us and we'll be happy to setup a new VPS for you with 7 days free to migrate any/all data you have.

    Fortunately, I have migrated my server from Phoenix to LA. As a consumer, this is the most satisfactory VPS I have found. Just keep going! <3
    By the way ,it is a problem for you when someone(like me) becomes the last one who use the old control panel.

    If you attentively read the terms and agreements, it becomes obvious that after 2 installations of the operating system they charge additional money. Specifically, the Special Offers clause states this (The fee to change the Operating System after limit has been reached is $2/one-time fee per change.).     Thanks mcs for pointing that out. Although our TOS says we charge additionally, we don't actually charge $2 for additional OS reloads. This limit exists only because we had users who purchased a 1GB RAM plan abuse the OS Reload feature 100+ times a day. It introduced performance issues from constantly being requested to reload an OS. All other plans (at least for now) do not restrict the number of OS reloads a customer can do without opening a ticket.

    We updated our plans about a week ago to allow for 5 OS reinstalls. Additional reinstalls can be done by submitting a ticket to us or via live chat. The OS Reinstall limits reset every month.
